Personality:
His personality is a bit off. He hates superheros with a passion. He often attacks heros out the blue with intent to kill them. The reasoning behind this is unknown but this does not make Rainmaker a villian. He infact is a hero in himself. Saving small children from abusive homes and the often darkest reaches of the underworld. Only to give them homes in the Orphanage in which he was raised. Rainmaker is brash, Chaotic, and a bit stupid. But he has an eye for heroism and justice.
Background:
Rainmaker's childhood is a sad one. His mother was a whore and his father a wealthy senator. Needless to say he was abandoned. Sent to a orphanage formally called, Sunnyvale but informally known as "That place" Sunnyvale was a bad place to be raised. Often wealthy corrupt businessmen would come and purchase small children for use in the evilest of crimes. The staff abused the children, often letting them starve. At the age of 10 Rainmaker's powers came to hold and using them he quickly rounded up the staff of Sunnyvale and exposed them to the world. Following this he Adopted the Name Rainmaker. The name of monster from a story the workers at sunnyvale would tell the kids. The story goes if that a child cries the rainmaker will appear and steal their soul. Using his powers, quickly became a feat of the underworld, Often robbing backs using his abilities, Before finally he was caught by Batman. Following his arrest, Batman became a mentor to rainmaker. Convincing him to change his ways and to become a Hero. Under the guiding hand of Batman, Rainmaker gained new powers and refined his own natural super powers into a powerful foe. He now defends small children from evil does aswell as defending regular citizens from everyday crime.

The sun would slowly rise from the east, before coming to a peak over Gotham City. Alexander Vandus would be awoken by the bright light of the orange sun, shining into his eyes. He would swing his feet over the edge of his bed, his palm coming to his jaw to crack his neck as he slowly rose to his feet. He walked over to his kitchen. Grasping at the edge of his coffee maker, before pressing the start switch, Listening patiently as the brew would flow into the pot. He was in a bit of a daze, His body sore and bruised from his combat with the falconie thugs last night. He wandered over to his closet. sliding it open revealing two sets of vary different clothing. One would be regular hipster esque clothing. The other dark black padded and bullet proof. the calling of a hero inside them. He would slid on his bulletproof vest, before topping it with a black long sleeve shirt made of heavy kevlar, various ceramic pads would cover the joins and forearms of the shirt. He slid on a pair of normal grey skinny jeans aswell as his high top black supras. He would grab his trademark slouch. before walking over to his coffee maker grasping his thermal cup filling it with the brazillian bean juice. He would walk over to his door grasping his bag, bat, board and camera before making his way out into the hallway to start his day.
