[Open] A Scheme Within A Scheme? (Combat Or Social)

Upon the open streets filled with citizens of New York, a lone graffiti marked the clean pristine concrete wall of the large department store. Though not necessarily graffiti, a stick figure, outlined in grey. A simple piece of art, straight lines with a perfect circle head. Though despite the two inch specimen, people walked by the figure without a care in the world, after all what was there to fear from such a small, plain, tiny little stick man? Nothing. But as time went on, five hours past as the sun declined into horizon, the lighting dimmed just as soon as the city lit up in the night sky. The light poles turning on in a stream of light across the city of New York.

Advertisements lighting up across the skyline as the soft glow of the digital pixels tainted the night sky dispersing the stars of night. It was Eight O'clock PM, as a clock tolled quietly in the background. At that moment the stick figure, plastered to the side of the alley wall moved ever so slightly. Its grey body moving across the layered concrete and brick the grey arms and legs walking across the wall, freezing in place every time a passerby came.

Confictura had come. For good or evil remained to be seen, but as the creature of art crept through the night, it remained silent for a moment, its two dimensional stature remaining to be seen. But, as minutes passed the stick figure grew bored, as it walked into an alley way, still plastered to the wall, Confictura stopped as its two dimensional leg came forth into the third dimension, its body taking form as its feet touched the ground. It was a solid form of grey, its thick cylindrical arms and legs feeling the cool American air.

Twisting its head back and forth Confictura looked around its settings as grey text appeared over its head, the text dark and reflecting nicely in the dim alleyway. "How boring..."

Twisting its head rapidly in the direction of the newcomer, Confictura The Grey, cocked its head to the side in curiosity. Its grey colored text moving like a scrolling bar, as new text appeared as the old faded to the side. "Green Lantern?" It replied, two bold lines appearing on its spherical head, which then opened up into circles with pupils. the grey of its newly made eyes matching the color of its body. "Never heard of it, but hi." Its text continued, the stick figure moving two steps closer to the Lantern.

Intrigued by the stranger, Confictura scratched its nearly nonexistent chin with its cylinder arm, as its eyes blinked a few times. It did not know whether or not one known as Green Lantern was hostile or not, but considering that he did not try to attack just yet calmed Confictura down slightly as it started to think more and more. After all it had spent three years as a child's plaything, only knowing the outside world from what it had learned about thus far. Proceeding cautiously the grey being asked the Green Lantern a question, as more text came into existence.

"Are you bored too?" It asked simply, surely if itself was bored others felt the same, or perhaps there was more to life besides anger, boredom, and enjoyment. Possessing the curiosity of a child, Confictura moved closer again, making sure there was at least ten feet between the two. Its circle eyes literally bulging a few inches out of its head as they focused on the man's face, taking in all the information that it saw with glee. "What's with your face?"

"Always on a clock? Sounds uncomfortable..." Confictura's text changed as it began replying again, the creature moving backwards a few steps as it wondered about the one calling itself a Green Lantern. He seemed friendly enough, to the Grey stick figure. Though Confictura feigned offense at the Lantern's reply, the text riddled with sarcasm. "My face? What's wrong with my face? It's only perfectly symmetrical and possessing beautifully smooth skin..." The figure known as Grey replied, as it finished off its sentence with a "haha" as its eyes stopped bulging and flattened out unto its face.

Looking at the alley, covered with small bits of graffetti, Confictura The grey stepped over the garbage and muck on the sides of the path as it laid its cylindrical arm upon the brick and concrete wall. The arm making a thud as it touched the wall. "At least my face doesn't have any blemishes..." Grey retorted as it began using text speech, ending its sentence with a smiley emote. "=D" Though, the figure, behind its demeanor felt out of place in the three dimensional plane, but it continued to stay in its form for now, as it took its hand off of the alley wall.

It felt like drawing something, but it did not want to cause the situation to turn sour by an unexpected action. Taking a few steps around the alley, going back an forth between the both walls, Grey looked around as it remembered the man had asked a question earlier. "Never heard of the Green Lantern Corps... so that means there is more than one of you. Are all of you called Green Lantern? That sounds unnecessarily confusing, I'd at least would want to have m own name, or at the very least a number! Oh... like Green Lantern Thirty Five! Or maybe just thirty five..." Confictura ended as it trailed off on its own tangent, as various numbers began floating above its head, separate from its talking text. The number five drifting into the air until its bumped into the nearby wall, and fell to the ground in a thick grey slab, formed in the number.

"2814.5, sounds dull, but who am I to judge?" Grey responded as it stopped thinking numbers into reality, realizing that there was a small pile of numbers on the ground. Shrugging it off, the grey numbers disappeared into thin air, as the stick figure grew hands out of its cylinder arms, as two spheres, each with collapsible fingers of grey came on each of its two arms.

Stretching out its left hand it replied, as its text scrolled over to show its name. "I am Confictura The Grey. Blood type: N/A, Hair color: N/a, Eye color: Grey, and my hobbies include creating art." It spoke through its silent text as it waited for the Lantern to shake its hand or refuse. After which, Grey flexed its fingers as it wandered to a dumpster on the side of the alley, and rummaged about until it found a piece of crumpled up paper and a half broken pencil.

"I like art, it is the muse of... err... humanity, sure." Confictura continued as its right hand became a pencil sharpener temporarily. Taking the pencil and placing it inside the palm of its spherical hand. A low buzzing sound could be heard as tidbits of wood fell to the ground. Taking the sharpened pencil it flattened out the paper along its torso, and began to draw.

"What is something you like? Oh! Everyone likes toys!" Grey finished its question before the Lantern could even reply. The stick figure drawing on the yellowed paper a small matchbox car, which then came into existence. It was a red lamborghini, a recent model. Taking the toy car, The stick figure tossed it at the man before it, the toy being no more than two inches in size. "Oh! maybe a tree... no wait... a dragon! Hm.." Grey spoke to itself, as more text began appearing and disappearing between various ideas, from plants to monsters.
