The bunker of the team Darkwatch, here members can rest to recover from battle, train to become stronger, or gather data. The Bunker itself is located under the White House. It being created in the year 2010. The general populace thinks it is another safe room for the President and in a way it is. The President and his family are granted access in times of need. The bunker has two exits/entrances. You require a badge that emits a signal and a team number to use the teleport pads that lead in and out of the base. Only members can access the ones outside the Bunker that lead in.
The Hall of Justice was constructed by the Justice League of America following a year after the destruction of the previous Justice League Watchtower, and located in Washington, D.C. and in the same location as the JSA and All-Star Squadron original headquarters.
